Biography

I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space for individuals, couples, and families seeking support and personal
growth. As a compassionate and culturally aware therapist, I tailor each session to meet the unique
needs of every client, helping them navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change. With a
deep commitment to understanding the complexities of the human experience, I integrate a blend of
depth psychology, person-centered therapy, mindfulness therapy, and somatic therapy to help clients
uncover their inner wisdom, navigate life’s challenges, and foster meaningful transformation.

Grounded in the principles of depth psychology, together we will work to uncover the unconscious
patterns, beliefs, and emotions that shape your thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. By exploring the
deeper layers of the psyche, we will gain insight into the root causes of your struggles, facilitating lasting
change and personal growth. Depth psychology emphasizes self-awareness and integration, allowing
clients to connect more fully with their authentic selves.
