Our office is located at 655 F St. Suite A in Arcata, CA in Humboldt County. We offer in-person sessions in Arcata and secure telehealth sessions to clients throughout Northern California — including Humboldt, Mendocino, Del Norte, Shasta, Trinity, and Lake counties.

Yes. We proudly accept Medi-Cal, Partnership Healthplan of California, Aetna, and private pay options.

Do you offer telehealth therapy?

Yes. We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions in addition to in-person appointments at our Arcata office. Telehealth allows us to serve clients throughout California, including those in Mendocino, Del Norte, Shasta, Trinity, and Lake counties who may not have easy access to local mental health services.

What kinds of therapy do you provide?

Our team provides individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and therapy for children, teens, and adults. We offer trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches including EMDR, somatic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness-based therapy, motivational interviewing, depth psychology, narrative therapy, and play therapy.

Yes. Several of our therapists specialize in trauma-informed care and somatic approaches to healing. Our team includes a therapist trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a proven evidence-based treatment for trauma and PTSD. We serve clients with trauma in Humboldt County in person and across Mendocino, Del Norte, Shasta, Trinity, and Lake counties via telehealth.

Yes. We offer couples counseling and relationship therapy for partners working through communication difficulties, conflict, trauma, or life transitions. Our therapists draw on approaches including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), somatic therapy, and mindfulness-based methods. Couples therapy is available in person in Arcata, CA and via telehealth throughout Northern California.

Yes. Anxiety and depression are among the most common reasons people seek therapy, and our whole team is experienced in supporting clients through both. We use evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, somatic therapy, and mindfulness to help clients develop lasting coping skills and emotional resilience.
