As a therapist I am here to provide unconditional positive regard and support as you move through trauma, process life experiences, and become the best version of yourself. I will help untangle the confusion that has led you to seek mental health support today. I hold sacred space for you to be your most vulnerable and authentic self. To cry, laugh, grow, wallow, and develop beyond your experiences.
I help clients learn to manage their presenting symptoms of anxiety and depression as a trauma response through a developmental lens. What this means is, in therapy I focus on the root cause of what is manifesting the problems in your life through exploration of your childhood and life experiences.
