Together, we'll talk through week-to-week experiences, explore the root cause of behaviors and reactions, and practice strategies to give yourself grace.
I often use motivational interviewing in sessions, mixed with CBT and DBT skills training and homework. We will use the mixed approach of CBT and Motivational interviewing to find your core motivations and healthy pathways for fulfilling those needs.
